"Emily and I have worked together over the past two years since I became involved in La Fregate Hotel and Restaurant. We firstly completed a refurbishment of our bar and restaurant and last year made a number of changes to some of our accommodation.

Emily has brought fresh eyes and ideas and has become familiar with the property. She has an eye for detail, flair in design and a practical approach with a commercial premise.
