Services provided: Full interior architecture, spacial planning, lighting design and landscape design. Working with the Developer from concept design to completion.

Design Brief: To gain planning permissons to design and realise two luxury homes on a large residential building site.  A contemporary take on New England style was achieved through tall vaulted ceilings, large windows to capture the sea views, and horizontal cladded exterior. 

We used calacatta marble, hardwood floors, bespoke joinery including walk in wardrobes throughout, wine cellars, home cinemas, gyms and a neutral palette to create a luxurious contemporary feel that would be suited to a variety of potential purchasers.
